From local waste to unique bags, made with your own hands! Create your own bag from scrap materials.

In this workshop, you’ll make your own bag from local scrap materials such as old PVC advertising banners and truck tarps. Participants will experience the value of reuse and craftsmanship in an accessible way as they go through the entire creation process, from design to finished product. Using a template, the shape is traced onto the tarp, cut out, folded, woven, and personalized. This workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to translate sustainability into a hands-on experience where engagement, creativity, and awareness come together.

The workshop is open to everyone.

• Duration standard workshop: 90 min.
• Group size: Max. 15 participants. (More people are possible at an additional cost.)
• Age: 9 years and up. For participants between 9 and 13 years old, at least one teacher is expected to be present to assist
• Corporate activity: The workshop is adapted to the group. So it can also be a fun company activity with colleagues
• Costs: €565 excl.VAT at your own location
• Travel cost allowance: €0,25 km/hr + €35,- per hour (Per facilitator) calculated from Rotterdam or Maastricht
• Supplies: Materials are included.
• Customization: The workshop can be adapted to your wishes upon consultation.
• Additional workshops: Available at a single location at a reduced price.
